Can I set Email, SMS, Fax and RSS notification rules for account owner and users?

You and the users of your account can be notified of events affecting your schedule - - such as new, changed or canceled bookings - by:
 

  • email

  • SMS

  • Fax

  • RSS feed (if you want to be notified of new customers signup, members sign up, gift voucher purchase, you should subscribe to the RSS feed)




Email notification

1. Go to
 Settings>Notifications. Click on a user to set notifications.

2. Go to the Email notification tab. 



3. Tick the Enable [1] checkbox

4. Input the email address [2] where you want to receive the email notifications

5. From the Filter [3] scroll down menu, select:

 

  • Notify me for any booking, or

  • Notify me only if the booking affects one of the selected items, and tick the services/classes/tours for which you want to receive an email notification.


6. Save
 

Provided that account users have the necessary permissions on services and/or resources, email notifications are always sent if customers make bookings online.
If users of the account create a booking from the Bookeo calendar, the email notification is sent only if the option to send notifications to the users of the account is selected in the booking window.​ Click here for more information.

 

 

SMS notification

1. Go to Settings>Notifications. Click on a user to set notifications.

2. Go to the SMS notification tab. 



3. Tick the Enable [4] checkbox

Select the International dialing code [5] for your country and input the mobile phone number [6].

5. In the Short notice section, from the When to send [7] scroll down menu, select if you want to be notified for any booking or for short notice booking only.

In the Filter section, from the scroll down menu [8], select:

 

  • Notify me for any booking, or

  • Notify me only if the booking affects one of the selected items, and tick the services/classes/tours for which you want to receive an email notification.


7. Save

1. Go to Settings>Notifications. Click on a user to set notifications.

2. Go to the Fax notifications tab. 




 

3. Tick the Enable [9] checkbox

4. 
Select the International dialing code [10] for your country and input the fax number [11].

5. In the Short notice section, from the When to send [12] scroll down menu, select if you want to be notified for any booking or for short notice booking only.

6. 
In the Filter section, from the scroll down menu [13], select:
 

  • Notify me for any booking, or

  • Notify me only if the booking affects one of the selected items, and tick the services/classes/tours for which you want to receive a fax notification.


7. Save
 



RSS Feed


1. Go to Settings>Notifications. Click on a user to set notifications.

2. Go to the RSS notifications tab. Here you will see your RSS Feed address.
