What happens if I exceed the number of bookings allowed in my plan?

If you reach 90% of your booking quota - limit to how many bookings you can create/accept each month* - in the current month, Bookeo will send you a warning email (and show a message in the Home page). If you reach your monthly quota, no new bookings will be possible. All the other functionalities remain unaffected.

To increase your quota, you can simply upgrade to a larger plan in account>Pricing and subscription. Any remaining credit for the current billing cycle will be deducted from the price of the upgrade.

You can later downgrade plan (ex. at the end of peak season).



* The booking quota includes bookings made by customers or by you via the back-end.
Bookings that are cancelled before the appointment time are not counted towards your monthly quota.
