How can customers pay for the balance of their bookings?

If you want to allow customers to pay for the balance of their bookings online, you should enable the Pay Balance feature in your account.

​Once you have enabled the Pay Balance feature, your customers will be able to pay.

Pay balance from the booking confirmation and reminder email

A message will be automatically included in the booking confirmation and reminder email sent to your customers.

Customer can click on the Pay balance link to be redirected to a page where they can make their payment. Customers will be required to pay for the balance of ALL the booking in a recurring booking series.

1. Customer can sign into the customer area

2. Click on Your bookings

3. Click on a Booking to open it

4. Click on the Pay Balance button to be redirected to your payment page. Customers will be required to pay for the balance of ALL the booking in a recurring booking series.


  • if you use a full payment gateway that supports direct card billing, you can charge the customer's card directly from Bookeo admin interface. Click here for more information​

 

  • if you use PayPal Payment Standard, you can send a PayPal invoice or a request for money to your customers, then manually track the payment in Bookeo when it arrives. Click here for more information on how to manually record a payment in Bookeo.
