Set Tours and Activities Terms and Conditions

Bookeo lets you set Terms and Conditions that customers must agree in order to complete their booking.

You can set General Terms and Conditions to be applied to all your tours and/or Terms and Conditions for a specific tour. All these Terms and Conditions will be bundled in a section of the booking process and customers are required to agree to them.
 

In this article:


General Terms and Conditions applying to any bookings

1. Go to Settings>Messages

2. In the 
Terms and Conditions section, type your Terms and Conditions. You can include company policies, responsibility waivers and so on.

3. Save


Terms and Conditions applying to a specific tour/activity

1. Go to Settings>Tours/Activities

2. Click on a tour

3. Go to the Message tab

. In the Terms and Conditions section, type your Terms and Conditions. You can include company policies, responsibility waivers and so on.

When are customers required to agree to the Terms and Conditions?

When customers make a booking online, they will have to agree [1] to the Terms and Conditions  to proceed with the booking

 

 

If customers book online and they are required to agree to your Terms and Conditions, when you print a booking from your Bookeo Calendar, the printout will include the sentence The customer has agreed to the terms and conditions.
