Set Tours and Activities Terms and Conditions

You can set Terms and Conditions applying to all bookings and/or to bookings for a specific tour. 
​Customers will be required to agree to the 
Terms and Condition to proceed with the booking. Terms and conditions will also be included in the confirmation and reminder email sent to customers.

Set Terms and Conditions applying to any bookings

1. Go to Settings>Messages

2. In the 
Terms and Conditions section, type your Terms and Conditions. You can include company policies, responsibility waivers and so on.

3. Save


Set Terms and Conditions applying to a specific tour/activity

1. Go to Settings>Tours/Activities

2. Click on a tour

3. Go to the Message tab

. In the Terms and Conditions section, type your Terms and Conditions. You can include company policies, responsibility waivers and so on.

When are customers required to agree to the Terms and Conditions?

When customers make a booking online, they will have to agree to the Terms and Conditions  to proceed with the booking


 

​If customers book online and they are required to agree to your Terms and Conditions, when you print a booking from your Bookeo Calendar, the printout will include the sentence The customer has agreed to the terms and conditions.
