How can customers use their prepaid credits when booking?
Customers can use their prepaid credits when booking online or in Bookeo (if they call you to redeem it).
In this article:
Customers can make a booking from your online booking page (they wil be required to sign in) or from the customer area.
If a credit can be applied to the booking, Bookeo will use it automatically and customers will not be required to pay. Once the booking is confirmed one credit will be deducted from the customers' account.
If additional options (ex. book an hair cut, with an additional scalp massage, offered for 10$ extra) are purchased, customers will be asked to pay for them.
If you take an appointment by phone, simply start typing the name of the customer in the "Customer" tab of the booking window
and select the appropriate customer from the list of existing customers. Bookeo will automatically apply any applicable prepaid credit that the customer has, if it can be used for the current booking.
Customers will not be required to pay for the booking, and once the booking is confirmed one credit will be deducted from their account.
Note that customers could also have purchased additional options (ex. book an hair cut, with an additional scalp massage, offered for 10$ extra). In this case, they will still have to pay the cost of the extras.
