Customer reviews settings

Bookeo lets you ask your customer to write a review after they use your service.  

You can let customers rate their experience, and leave a review or feedback message with comments, suggestions, praise and so on.

You can customize the review request email that will be sent to your customers. Bookeo notifies you of very new review receive, and you can select the reviews that you want to publish in your booking pages or in your customer reviews widget.

Step 1 - Send a Thank you email to your customers asking for a Review

Step 2 - Customer Reviews settings

1. Go to Marketing>Reviews

2. Click on Settings

3. Tick the checkbox Show reviews if you want to publish reviews in your booking pages



Do not tick the checkbox if you want to use the Customer Reviews Widget only. Remember that you can also select the reviews that you want to publish.

4. Set what information you want to show about the customer who left a review,  by ticking the relevant checkboxes in the "Privacy" section.
