Customer reviews settings
Bookeo lets you ask your customer to write a review after they use your service.
You can let customers rate their experience, and leave a review or feedback message with comments, suggestions, praise and so on.
You can customize the review request email that will be sent to your customers. Bookeo notifies you of very new review receive, and you can select the reviews that you want to publish in your booking pages or in your customer reviews widget.

You can automatically send Thank you email to your customers after their visit, asking them to leave a review. Click here for more information.
1. Go to Marketing>Reviews
2. Click on Settings
3. Tick the checkbox Show reviews if you want to publish reviews in your booking pages.
4. Set what information you want to show about the customer who left a review, by ticking the relevant checkboxes in the "Privacy" section.
