Manually give a prepaid credit or a money credit to a customer

Sometimes you just want to manually give a prepaid credit or a manual credit to a customer. Maybe a customer could not come to a session he already paid for, and you decide to let him come at another date at no extra cost. Or maybe he purchased a set of sessions in cash, the last time he visited.

 

Step 1 - Manually give a prepaid credit to a customer

 

1. click on the CUSTOMERS link in the main toolbar
2. click on the customer record to open it. If there is no record of the customer in the system, create it first.
3. click on the Give credit button

4. A pop up window will open
5. In the Prepaid tab, select the package and the number of credits to assign




The prepaid credit given will be automatically used by Bookeo next time the customer makes a booking online, or you create a booking in Bookeo, if the service/class/tour booked is included in the prepaid package. (it will be used as a standard Prepaid Package)
 

 

Step 2 - Manually give a money credit to a customer

1. click on the CUSTOMERS link in the main toolbar
2. click on the customer record to open it. If there is no record of the customer in the system, create it first.
3. click on the Give credit button

  


4. A pop up window will open
5. In the Money tab, input the amount to be credited to the customer.
The money credit given will be automatically used by Bookeo next time the customer makes a booking online, or you create a booking from the back end. The credit will be deducted from the total price of the booking.




Customers will be able to check their money credits in the Customer Area, as shown in the screenshot below.
