Default custom categories set in Bookeo Classes and Courses are:
- adults
- children
- infants
Create custom categories
To add other categories (i.e. students, seniors, etc.), log into your Bookeo account, go to "SETTINGS", click on "Customer Details" 
and go to the "Custom people categories" tab.
Click on the
button, input the name of the category and save.
Set number of people per booking for each class, course and event
Once you have created all the categories you need, click on "Classes, courses, event" and then on the desired class, courses or event. Go to the "People" tab to:
1. set the maximum and minimum number of people allowed in a single booking for that specific class, courses or event.
2. Then set the maximum number of people allowed for each category.
3. Finally you can decide if you want to ask the name of every participant by enabling the relevant checkbox. This feature also allow you to let people book/enrol for somebody else: a mother can book for herself and/or for her siblings.
Once you have created custom categories, you can set different prices for each people category.
Select number of people when creating a booking
When customers go to your online booking page, they will be asked to select the number of people they want to book for.When you create a booking in your Bookeo account, you will be able to input the number of people per each category in the "What" section of the booking window.
