How booking agents can create a booking

Once you have associated promotional codes to your booking agents, they can create bookings for you:

• using the link provided in "MARKETING"/"Promotions". It is a direct link, and all payment settings will be automatically applied. Agents can bookmark the link and they won't have to input their code every time they want to make a booking for you

          

• going to your booking page, clicking on the "Promotion code" button and inserting the promotion code you created for them

           


They can then proceed with the booking as customers would normally do.

How can you know if a booking was created by one of your agents?

If you want to know if a booking was created by one of your agents, you have to check the "How" section of the booking window in Bookeo.
If the booking was created by one of your agents, the Promotion code associated to them will be shown there.

How to generate a report of all bookings and sales generated by agent

Since an agent is a promotion, you can generate a booking report and group by promotion to get in a single spreadsheet a report of sales, by agent. This makes it easy to pay out commissions to your agents, periodically.
To generate the report, click on MARKETING and then Reports.

In the Data aggregation field, select the option to "group by promotion".
