Email confirmation and reminders
Tick/untick the checbox in the "Email reminders" section to enable/disable email reminders and set their timing. You can choose to send email reminders X minutes, hours or days before the start of the booking.

If you want, you can insert your logo and business details in email confirmations/reminders. You can set them in your Bookeo account, in "SETTINGS"/"Business details and logo".
Customize the text of email confirmations/reminders
Bookeo lets you customize the text of email confirmations/reminders. You can include a customized message about your business, and customized messages when a particular service or resource is booked.
1. Customizable message for your business
You can customize a message about your business that will be included in all email confirmations/reminders. In your Bookeo account, go to "SETTINGS", click on "Messages"
and type your message in the "Confirmation message" box.
2. Customizable message for each service
You can also customize a message for each type of service you offer. The message will be included in all email confirmations/reminders when that service is booked.
In "SETTINGS", click on your services, select the desired service and go to the "Messages" tab.
Type your message in the "Confirmation message" box.
3. Customizable message for each resource
You can also customize a message for each resource. The message will be included in all email confirmations/reminders when that resource or a service using it is booked.In "SETTINGS", click on your resources (i.e. "Teachers and Rooms", "Boats and drivers") and type your message in the "Confirmation message" box.

You can also attach a VCalendar event to email confirmations.
SMS reminders
Tick/untick the checbox in the "SMS reminders" section to enable/disable SMS reminders and set their timing. You can choose to send SMS reminders X minutes, hours and days before the start of the appointment.
